Having just flashed my box for the third with the latest firmware dated the 5/12/08 I thought all my recent problems would be solved. However this not the case, within a few minutes of being on any channel I get pixelating pictures, break-up of picture, picture loss and no signal warning. I have changed the cables, splitter and tighten all fastening. I did not suffer any of these problems with the previous firmware update 28/04/08. Does anybody else suffer from these problems or better still know of a fix.???

the last firmware u had on woz the 8% signal fix, put the new 1.12.08 8% signal fix firmware on and all should be ok (not sure if the 5.12.08 firmware has signal fix)

Hi flashed my blue max box lastnight with the new frimware it worked ok apart from channels
been missing so did some things and put it back to factory settings then did a power scan
and after it finished I had to put the keys back in my self and got the channels I could
not get after the new firmware where all back

Hi nick - Lasting advice if all else fails is go back to the previous firmware that was working pro-term isn't it?

I have updated my box with every new firmware update from first release on the 30/11/08, none of these 3 updates have corrected this problem. My box had problems with loosing some of the channels and have picture break up when i first bought it when i tried to use a splitter the box, but after updating it with the firmware 8% signal fix 28/04/08 it worked great even with the splitter right up till this latest switch off. I have tried connecting my box directly again but this as not work. So if anybody as any ideas, tricks or work arounds i would be very grateful
