if the file in zip or rar form you will need to extract it first for it to show in your loader application
right click on the file and select "extract here"

When you load the LOADER, and click TOOLS - CODE - SEND, it brings up a box. Now click OPEN.

This will now search for ANY file that ends is ".bin"

Make sure you are searching in the correct place, and click open.

If you still can't find the file you are looking for, copy it into "C:\" and do NOT put it in any folders. This way, it will be easy to find.

How 2 Flash
------------

Unplug your Krypview box from the mains.
Load the loader on your PC, and connect the cable to the back of the kryptview box
Load the LOADER on your PC, and choose the correct BIN file.
Click on START on the LOADER
Now plug your KRYPTVIEW box into the mains, and this will power it up, and your PC will detect it, and automatically start the update.

Hope this helps.

I suspect that the problem is exactly what Ronster says......you must unzip or unrar the file otherwise the loader tool will not see it.
