Default How to set default settings with no picture?

Hi,

I unplugged my arnet today while it was in 'Menu' mode only to find when I plugged it back in I had sound but no picture. I was going to flash the box anyway with 29/11/08 software but now had no way of setting defaults, so like a lemon I flashed it anyway using the 'plug in' method which worked. Unfortunately now I have no sound or picture.

I know the box is switching channels and I can enter the menu but I can't see the bloody thing

Could anyone tell me the sequence of key presses in the munu to set to default values, or is there another way?

Thanks in advance...

Tried both mate, triple checked all connections. Just plugged it back in again and now it's stuck on channels in the 2000's. Still nothing showing on screen, menus, info, etc all dead. Well maybe not dead, just not showing onscreen...

ok! it's sorted, those damn fairies fixed it. The menu suddenly appeared onscreen so i was able to set defaults. Flashed the update and everything is hunky dory, in fact the picture is better than it ever was.

The problem with the sound was the first flashing set the volume to zero

Thanks for replies guys and happy hunting
