Hi There New Here..

My Box Is A Telewest Box, I Know This Because It Say's On It.
The Model Number Is Di1000T. The Box Has One Problem It Has An Error On Display Box..

The Error Is Err 2 Or Err 20 I Don't Know, What I See Is Err2.
Could You Proffesinal's Please Help As I Am New To This..

Also I Need A Good Guide For Programming Them Etc..
And A List Of All Programs Rquired Thankyou..

If its err 20 then its net id. You need to set your netid. You can do that by programming a funcard. All the info is in this thread.

If it's ERR2 it will more than likely be the simm inside box. Open box up by removing 3 screws at rear and you will see a circuit board sticking up towards front of box-it has 2 clips that you can push and it will move to release. Take it out and give the contacts a wipe with a dry cloth then re-seat back in until it clicks into position-plug back in and see if that clears it.
