can some one tell me what is return path blocker for when u cut the tb on the box

You would use a return path blocker mainly on a SA8300 (V+) as cutting Tb on that causes the box to reboot for no reason.

You can use it on all other boxes as an alternative to cutting tb.

But it is preferred that you cut tb.
