try this m8 it worked for me i had the same problem today, flash with your last flash 10/04/08 , then plug in as normal, cable feed, power, but instead of using the scart, use an aerial( analogue ) the old fashioned way of connecting them to the television, you should use the channel search on your tele to find the box, once you have found the box go to the menu 1004 for the code, tv settings,
MULTI,
4.3
RGB
FULL FRAME
ON
PAL B/G
40
save and exit
now unplug aerial, reattach scart and hopefully you've sussed it, remember the aerial goes into the tv vcr socket not the one below your cable feed. cable feed should be in as well
go to factory default, powerscan, and hope all is well.
at least your up and going and your box isn't bricked.

Default Re: Bricked or Not Bricked?

just wondering if you can help. I have tried updating the firmware on 3 blue Eurovox boxes using the latest 30/11 firmware. The firmware loads successfully when I use Dnupman...Before this I have successfully been able to use the keymaster keys to temp fix the channels while the keys were rolling everyday.

After installing the new 30/11 firmware I managed to do a full power scan and got the channels working successfully on all boxes. Then after a while, the boxes froze and a message '6E66' was displayed on the screen. And I am unable to access the menu, or change channels using the remote.

I tried connecting using analogue arial without scart and managed to find the box using channel search. I was then able to access the menu while connected this way. I then did a factory reset and attempted a power scan. Half way through the power scan the box reloads and then displays 'PEAA' on the box display. I re-attempted a power scan 3 more times and the same thing happened half way through the power scan.

I have successfully loaded all previous 'non clone' firmware onto these units before when they have been released, e.g. april firmware loaded successfully and was working fine before the latest keyroll problem.

As it stands the boxes are not working and when I turn them on, they display '6E66'

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

thanks chalkie i did exactly what u said and i got it working. But when i connect the box to a live cable feed the box suddenly freezes and the green led with LOCK underneath lights up. suddenly, the box re boots itself and we are back to stage 1(reflashing to april fw)

P.S i opened up the box and the screws have red paint on them!......could it be a clone??????!!!!!!!!!

Why not reflash it with the latest Clonesafe firmware from SunRise, then no need for keys as it AUs?
