saying download not requested (kv)

hi guys can you help me i am getting a message saying download not requested i check the back of my pc port 1 and port2 and i connect in port one but nothing happening i am puzzed? what do i do i have windows xp?. i have right click on my computer - system properties click on hardware - device manager - port(com \ lpt) yellow question mark ? what do i do next i don t know much about computers thanks linford

Not right into PC settings but i assume the yellow question mark means there is no driver for you com port
