Hi I got this today and the driver disc was broken,looked on logilink website and they only have the driver for the AU0002a which I cant get to work on vista.Has any one got or no where to get the driver for the AU0002b version Thanks for any help

Hi, Vista should find the correct driver for you

ok sorted managed to get the cracked cd to read the driver folder i needed ,installed that one and now working

I am having the same problem as well. I to received the LogiLink USB to Serial adapter in the post (AU0002B), with the CD damaged. Unfortunately, I cannot read the CD to install the drivers.

I have tried allowing Vista to search for the driver without sucess. I have also tried using the AU0002A version of the drivers from the logilink website but again had no joy (s/w install completes successfully, however when plugging in the adapater vista states “Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port (COM#) = Failed”).

I am currently awaiting a response from Logilink themselves, however, I'm not sure how successful I will be. Therefore, if anybody have the software and could possibly upload it, I would be most greatful.

I have since received an e-mail from the supplier with the correct drivers which installed and detected the device without any problems.

Hi , I have exactly the same problem, vista not recognising the drivers, can you post the windows drivers here?

Why haven't they put the B driver on their site yet??
