I have just upgraded my firmware with the latest version 30-11-08 and ui would need to save my cdf file from the red eurovox but when connected through voxer and tried to download nothing happens

Are you selecting "receive service file from eurovox" then save it

Yes i am but nothing is downloading when you press the receive service file

I had problem with an EV2 back in Arril last VM change - can send you the way to record a CDF.

If you only want a CDF file, can't you use the firmware itself to upload it from the box?
