Default Upload speeds on configs

Why is it when im using the 20meg down and 1 meg up business config, i only get 120kb/s upload? Isn't MEG a MEGABYTE or do you mean MEGABIT?

its megabit.

i.e. 1 Megabit = 1000 Kilobits. 1000/8 = 125. 125 Kilobytes

kb = kilobit
kB = kilobyte

I agree it should be made clearer.
This is a lack of education given to customers by ISPs in my opinion.

I think the megabyte megabit thing happened back in the days of the Nintendo SNES and SEGA Megadrive console wars.
SEGA MD cartridge games suddenly started boasting things like 8meg or 16meg games. Back then 16MB would have been quite a capacity to boast about, shame it wasn't megabyte BUT megaBIT!

So even back then they were `blagging` it a bit!
