Default Fun4 programming - am I doing something wrong?

I have a blue zeta cam flashed with joker 0.79 and a couple of fun4's, using it in a floppyDTV on VMC
I am in an ex pure n*l area.

So, from the chatterbox toolbar I've downloaded the pure chaos funcard au fix and the complete funcard file, from this file i've created an external hex file with the default box key.

I've erased the fun a couple of times and written the external hex and the chaos funcard au flash to the card.

I'm only getting FTA channels, leaving the card on BBC for up to an hour is not doing anything, the other channels are scrambled.

I've only done one flash before and it worked first time!!
Any tips?

Use Toxic 7 (in the downloads section) to create a file with your Boxkey and remember to select the right area at the bottom. Drag and drop the export onto Swapbinhex if you need to (depends on your card programmer if it supports bin or not).

From the toolbar, download the appropriate flash file for your area for 27/11/08. Don't use an earlier one.

Open your card writing software, insert your card. In the External EEPROM, put your Toxic output file. In the Flash section, select your downloaded flash file.

Click Erase to wipe your card, then Write to write the files (any recent software will write them in the correct order). After it's done, pop the card into your CAM and watch BBC for 10 minutes, then switch to a pay channel (Sky Sports will do just fine) and leave it for 30 minutes. Hopefully it will start de-crypting well before that, but 30 minutes is a worse case scenario.

That should get you sorted, mate.
