can anyone tell me how to open the new update for the arnet a700c....my computer keeps saying windows cannot open this file.....help

locate the arnet loader, thats what you need to get firmware onto box. There are hundreds of threads probably now on here with information on what is needed and what needs to be done.

Make sure that you have uncompressed the file if you haven't already.

In the toolbar, go to the FTA section to find the link to download it
