Same problem in Belfast (Vermin, ex NTHell). Sci Fi Channel comes up scrambled. Freq 539. Have tried Power Scan, Manual Scan, tweaking freqs up & down by 0.5 etc, but no joy. All other channels OK. Any suggestion?

The same thing happend to me so I updated my channels and after it finished the name of si-fi changed to "Tvch6" so i went into "add favorites" and had a look through the channels and found it again.

Hi All,
Having similar problems.
I carried out a deep scan and found over 500 channels. I have noticed that the main channels are now broadcast on 2 seprate freqencies, I presume so VM can mess about again.
I selected 1 frequency and included the channels in my favs and left all channels in the TV / TV option.
Si-Fi channel disapeared last night so I tied TV/TV option and selected the alternative freq. and it came up ok.
It looks like VM wil be changing back and forward from each freq to annoy us some-more.
Hope this helps
Taz

Just checked mine when I read this thread.

It said "channel has moved", then said "wait for saving" a couple of seconds later it was there
Must have searched all the other channels, found it, then over written the original channel position frequency and voilą it's there in it's correct place. No scanning or anything from me (SV2 though)
