Default Power Scan - Which Selection?

Quick question folks.

I am going to perform a powerscan but wanted to know the correct settings to select when doing so.

I have a Euromax V 2008. And when accessing the powerscan mode, before you start i have a list of 30 channel numbers to select from. Each has 4 sections- Ch NUM/ FREQUENCY/SYMBOL RATE/ MODULATOR.

As the last 2 sections are the same across all 30 - symbol rate- 6.887 and modulator GAM64. I just wanted to know the best channel number to scan on.

Channel 1 has a frequency of 323.000 MHz and it slowly increase per channel until channle 30 has a frequency set at 731.000 MHz.

Bearing in mind i wanted to reclaim a few channels that had been lost a while back (ITv 4, Fx etc) PLUS all the Sentana/sports channels....Just wanted opinion on the best channel number to power scan on?

Thanks...

as far as im aware, when you powerscan, you scan everything, the 1-30 are the amount of frequencies there are and each frequency has so many different channels so you scan them all.

i think if you just hit powerscan, it scans them all automatically, if you do manual scan, you need to pick what one of those frequencies you want to scan.

just hit the button man

Ah i see. It scans all 30? Ok. I read somewhere to change the frequency start and end to accomodate the change for the new Sultana frequencies? Anyone know roughly what to put in from the frequency start and frequency end rates before i scan? Dont want 500 dead channels is all.

I think you start from 100.000MHz
