how to test a Samsung 2110c + card

hi all

i have just got a Samsung 2110c with a card (not modded). can someone please tell me how to check the card is paired to the box.

connect to tv no cable feed hold up and down arrow turn power on as soon as u see ld14 let go of arrows it will boot to engineers menu after a minute, look through the engineers menu if it says never paired its a doorstop if it says ok or please wait its ok

Put the card in box.

Boot the box up into the engineer's menu with the cable feed disconnected.

There is a page that will show card status.

If its the correct card it will say ok.

If it's different it will say not paired.

lets say the card is ok. from what i have read i need a unlooper to get the bk number from the card am i right ???

That is correct you will need to get yourself an unlooper to unlock the card and read the data.
