Dont know if would still work now but back in the 90s we had a cottage in a tiny village which had only 24 cottages and the big farmhouse which must have been the feudal landlord back in the 1780s when built. When we bought the cottage it was just called "The Cottage" and we never bothered giving it a silly name or buying a tacky nameplate for it. The postman knew which one was just "The Cottage" but we figured a stranger in a TV dectector van never would. That worked for 4 years with no licence!

i know it sounds stupid but i heard this too
i heard that someone around my area actualy had the box took off them and was taken to court
im not sure if this is true could be just a bull**** rumour but alot of people around my area are turning there boxes off in the day and only using them at nite

either its true or there just scared incase its true

i dont have an opinion on this if virgin media are then thats just cus there greedy
they make enough money if you ask me
