hi there im new to this and i have just got my self a usb phoenix now im getting lights but windows vista will not find it via usb or com port any ideas

have you tried "add new hardware" ?
then point the installer to where your infinity programer is installed.

also you can check wb electronics website for any issues

tried the wb website drivers are only for xp and what would the programmer come under in the add hardware bit cheers

right i have tried every think from going back to windows xp when i start the infinity usb program it says in the botton programmer disconected please help me i have now just put my pc to windows vista ultimate 32bit as some one got the vista drivers for the usb phoenix
