Default mrom mosc rom11

1st off all sorry mods i know this has been posted b4 however i can not find the post.

I am trying to unblock mosc card romm 11. i maanged to find the down loads for mrom.
every time i try to run mrom_en it comes up with (component 'comdlg32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered a file is missing or invalid).
is it me doing something worng by running mrom own its own.
i have usb Phoenix proggramer and neg v4.

Sorry again got Mrom working know. and tryed putting a image on aswell got this back.
