hi

i have a samsung 2110c box that won't power up.
the power button is lighting up red and thats as far as it goes.
any ideas wha't the prob is

probably capacitors on psu, do a search it has been covered alot

I have the same problem except nothing lights up but there is power as have tested it with a multimeter

check the 6 capacitors on the psu for buldging and leaks

had the exact same problem changed a couple of capacitors and all was sorted lets know how you get on m8

thay all look ok but i think i will change them for what thay cost. i just got to find what ones i need.

i will let you know how it goes.

Hi

They dont always look gone for what they cost change all 6 if thats the psu you have. Change from the 1000uf 10v to 1000uf 16v 105 degrees observing polarity and of course power being off.
