Hello,

Been reading round the forum trying to work out where to even start, got a ntl: 250 modem, which I would like to flash, Where do I even begin with this, I tryed going to the stickied topic for the hayne guide but the links dead, any help would be great.

u need a max 232 cable

Start by reading the sticky posts and look for the tut and goto the private fta section.
Or save yourself time and a flaming by using SEARCH.
