Default No red or blue light on ex1000

Hiya, I've got a problem with my Ex1000. There is no red or blue light on the front and the box doesnt turn on. I have checked the fuse and it all seems fine.
Does anyone know of any common problems?

Thanks for any help
Col

Dont know of any common problems with these boxes as they are relativley new
Returning to your supplier is one option
or open the box up and check for any blown capacitors
BUT if the box is sealed this would void your warrenty

Ive tried getting hold of him but there is just no response.
I have just taken it to bits and found a burnt out joint on the board where the power supply plugs in. so i think it needs a new board. Any idea where i can get hold of one? Ive tried Ebay and not had much luck.
