Change the password on your box as its open to everybody on the net at the moment.

You can either do it in TCC 7.1 or by using telnet

This is how you do it with telnet

On your PC you press start and then run in the main menu

At the run prompt you type the following

Telnet 192.168.***.*** (***= what ever your box ip is)

You will then get a DOS log on window

Where it says user you type in root

It may ask for a password but if there is isn't one you should just get the command promptYou then just type passwd

You will then be prompted to enter your new password twice
While you type the new password you will not see anything on screen

If you don't see what is pictured below or something very similar your doing something wrong.

Tick the box marked DHCP and then save it. Come out of the menu and then go back into it to see what IP address has been assigned by your router.

This is the IP address you will need to use.

You then need to untick the DHCP box and save it.

If you switch your box off on a regular basis i would recommend setting a manual IP on your PC and any other equipment connected to your router.

This will stop any conflicts from happening between your PC, xbox, TM, etc etc.

If your PC is using DHCP and it gets assigned the IP you have set on your TM9100, when you switch your TM on it will cause a conflict which may be the problem you are having

Are you actually using a router/hub with an external modem somewhere or are you using a router modem like most of us do. If you do you have the wrong setting as you are not connected correctly as there is no router ip address on your screen picure. You also need to change the setting on the left to router. I have removed my password and this is a dump from a db800 so it says enigma 2 but theres no difference.

Next stage I expect you have changed the password but you must ensure that you have done this before you try change an image. If not the box will hang and not allow an image change.

Next choose an image. If you are going to try edg 4.4 ok thats a modern image, but I also hear very good reports about the new ur18 image. Apparntly it has new drivers that makes it stable and a great picture. I have not tested it yet though.

If you choose edg nem be aware of a couple of things to note. After you install the image you may or may not get a boot loop. This means that things may go round in cirlcle and not load. A way out of this is after everything is written and the box is looping turn the box off at the back and then back on. Whilst doing this keep you finger on the up button on the front. This will take you into the boot menu, scroll down to the bottom using up and down keys and select factory reset. Active it by using the right hand arrow. This should clear the boot loop and only use if it is needed.

If you use edg 4.4 then you will need to add the extra.url file to be able to download cams from the server. Edg 4.4 does not come with this allowed and an addition file must be sent to var/ect via dcc. After this push blue button and extras should allow you to download cams.

Ur18 you do not need to add the extra ulr file.

It looks like you have missed the password or have you removed it from your pictures?? You cannot flash an image on these box's until you install one. You need to change the password with tcc first then you need to enter the password in to allow access to the box. To check you have full access to your box with the correct password you can use dcc and click on the ftp and if files appear in the left hand box you are set up correctly. (this is shown). If you have this correct as shown then try tcc again but making sure you don't have a firewall stopping you, I think norton does. If this does not work reboot your box and try again.
