I personally dont give a toss about HD TV but then thats just me - that said I've never seen Sky HD in use so who am I to judge.

Honestly, football in HD is immense, like so so good. The problem with HD TV's/upscaling boxes etc is that it makes some shows not in HD look rubbish

Also things like Discovery HD is amazing too. The quality is pinpoint awsomely briliant :P

It IS good but it does get kinda annoying that they only have wildlife shows to broadcast in HD. Thing is i love, love, love British wildlife shows and even then it can get a bit much

LOL -my reading eyesight is kinda bad but if forget and accedentally watch the big LCD with glasses on it looks awful on EV, but when we put the Blue Ray DVDs on, it is imperceptible the difference on a 1080 to me so don't appreciate the upgrade. I cerainly wouldn't pay for Sky HD as little difference.
