a few questions

i have a ex5000 pvr

i have done a scan and got channels including setanta etc
first of all how can i save my channel list?
so if i do ever have a play and fook it, i can jus upload my list again

secondly i am missing a few channels like, sky premier +1, Sky comedy, sky drama, sky family, sky classics, sky modern.
how can i find these?

last of all how can i get the ppv on, i can get the previews,
wwe started at 12, the repeat and i can find it.

Use the loader that comes with the firmware and just click the upload button then save the file somewere!

you might be better posting yout area then someone can post the frequency for you!

The wwe wont show on the preview channel it will be on a different one probably named tvch5 tvch6 ect,you might need to do a channel update for it to pick it up

so if i go into user installation and do channel update?

it wont affect my channel lists and wont wipe my channels?

it wont wipe your channels but you will have to turn autosort off if youve arranged them how you want

is it possible to do a full scan again, to see if these channels are found without wiping my current channels?
do i just click power scan after turning autosort off?

You dont have to wipe all the chanels to do a scan although i would.

Just do a manual scan on all of your freqencies, that should pick it up.

so how do i scan, with a good chance of finding the missing movie channels?
without losing all my channels, as i spent 1hr today making my channel list,
and dont want to have to do that all again.

if i do a scan, then upload my channel list, will i still be able to add the new channel found?
