the picture is breaking up on a couple of transponders on 28 degrees, they are 12480 h & 11623h.i get a read of 98 on most channels.i am using a 80cm dish.it is worse on the technomate 5400,and not so bad on the comag sl65.i have tried skewing the lnb to no avail.

is 98 strength or quality...
if it's strength therein might lie your problem, quality is what you want if not i haven't a clue i would hazard dodgy lnb????

Got a new DECT phone or BT Homehub?

If so unplug them and see if the problem goes away

i'll try a new lnb in the morning,i have a join in the cable,a proper join but i'll run another cable from the to the receiver with no join.
