Default Net ID Problem

I set the Net ID on my Samsung 2100C box and it loads up fine the first time but when I disconnect and re-connect it, I get RP:52 on the front display and when I check the Net ID in the engineer's menu, it has set itself back to 09999. Can someone tell me why this is happening and how I can fix it please?

Thanks.

I'm going to try fiddling with the battery and make sure it's seated properly. Thanks for the reply tariqz .
