Smile Nokia d box 2

i could do with abit of help from you kind people if you dont mind??
i have just bought a nokia d box 2 from fleabay & was wondering what happens when the channels change frequency do you have to update them by doing a update scan as my eurovox max v does OR does the d box automatically find the channel again on its own as the kryptview does??
whats the best lcd screen to go for the original or the blue??
i am new to the d box scene but im hoping to be able to flash an image on mine as i have learned with my eurovox & want a better box, more things to mess with.
thanks for the help & advice i get in advance
are the d boxes much bigger in size than the eurovox??

if you have the new rom7 file on your box it will update the keys automatically, i think the dbox is wider than the eurovox

theres no standard method of finding out the chipset of your dbox, personally i get a torch and look through the top with the front of the dbox facing me, i look to the rear left of the dbox through the vents at the top with the torch, i look for 1 or 2 chips with intel printed on them,or as some come without intel chips 1 or two one inch long rectagonal chips that are usually black in colour.

its easy really you soon get used to where the chips are and what they look like, i have noticed to the right of these chips and nearer the front there are similar chips on the mainboards of some dboxes but you have to desregard them as there might be two there yet only one chip further up and to the left. that would be a 1x box.

heres a pic too help you.

regards dave ps hope the pic isnt too big!
