Default Very Low Volume via Coax SPDIF

Hi all, just got a kryptview to replace a dodgy eurovox. I've got the sound into my amp via coax spdif (same channel, same cable etc as I had from my eurovox)

At first i thought there was no sound, i was wrong, but its unbelievably quiet. Its not a big problem, i just crank the amp up, ....until i switch back onto Sky! Jesus! I wake the full house up.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I have read on another forum about the same problem, it would appear to be the box, signal output is low, don't know weather it is something that could be sorted in a F/W release.

kryptview's are set to mute by default when you flash them...just alter sound on your settings...

volume may be set at low on yer kv so turn the volume up with the right compass key on yer remote, that'll sort it.

I had the same problem with my box reference lower volume before the last update, however this corrected itself after the last update. Very strange.

He's asking about volume levels via coax SPDIF...not box volume as standard through scart.
