cable modem box stopped working 14/12/08 ex telewest area) ??

hi my cable modem (hacked) stopped working today in the morning and until now, no luck, i set it up about 2 months ago, and it was working fine until today. i linked it up to my pc to see the prob, and opened the programme i used to set it up with (250_configurator.exe) and everything was the same apart from the annex mode. now my annex mode was set to b previously as thats what its suppose to be set at for my area, but it was set to 3. i tried to change it back to b but it would revert back to 3, so i changed it to 0 and it stayed like that. it does not let me select a alphabet letter, why is this?? hope someone can help me

are you forceing the config? vm have cut all modems useing it if you are just uncheck it and put your setting back to what they where.they.ve also changed the tftp codes

yes i am forcing the config, so shal i untick the force thing? and will i lose the 20mb?

Try changing your TFTP IP to 10.137.103.3 - This seems to be a new server in TW
