hi, managed tto get this far unlaocking it know im just getting this message ! ant1 know how i can get rid of it/ thx ( the phone not call out )

the phone is blacklisted, probaly for non payment of bill or reported lost/stolen.

any more discussion on this matter will land all offenders a permanent ban, as it is illegal
