Default loaded all software but still no channels

I upgraded my starview box from 4.51 to 8.02 but still cant get extra channels. Do i need to change keys from 00 to 01? if so how do i do this?

press menu, then 1570
this will take you to another menu, switch EMU to "ON"
press ok on default keys option, then exit out and go to a $ channel ie sly sports 1 and leave it a few mins, it should update itself.
