Default Eurovox blue clone quick question for the experts..

Hello, My mate has a blue clone which he has just gave me to fix after he has tried to put pukka software on, have tried reflashing with clone software to no avail, is it a bin job or can it be rescued? If it needs jtagging or anything else it will be going in the bin as I told him to bring it to me if it needed new firmware as he had bought a duffer.
Thanks for your help.

Baz

Try the April clone fix then flash again with latest clone fix. Some have reported that worked for them.

Have just changed the firmware and it is still a brick.. Will teach him to listen when he is told not to mess about with something he knows nothing about....

Hi OP - reading your thread with interest - my pal's father-in-law's seems fooked (it was a clone) because his 'expert' that he paid dosh to put real blue on it exact same as one you're handlng

Silly boy! And agree jtag can't be bothered - if he could have waited and an amateur as me just fixed i!

I'm so annoyed OP - knew pal's father-in-law's blue was a clone by opening it in April, but he still did not ask me to help so paid for an "expert" to brick it, when I could have told him to hang-on for clone-friendly and me to do it

£10 and bricked box- great job!
