Testing fta this appears to be a sort of news / features channel. Just carrying a short promo loop atm. Presumably the channel will be in Arabic - I hope they sort the audio out - at the moment its way too loud and is distorting badly

Now launched,on 12476V.
Though it still appears to be on test transmission,with its programming.
