Question Is this a great offer? or not?

Hi guys, I think it sounds good, my mate got a starview 4 super USB but did not like all the updating, I have a Kryptview and very happy with that as my main box but been after a spare box for another room, He said I can have his for fifty quid and has given it to me to let me try it, would somebody mind sending me a startup guide and the latest software if possible please and any help with the following would also be appreciated
1) I hear some people having probs with the latest is it the 05? oh just read 06 is out can anyone send me that?
2) do I just buy a splitter to split my Virmin line to direct the signal to two different boxes?
3) I hear updates have been slow on some boxes how is the starview is it likely to die in the near future? I know they all might but is there planned continued support
4) How do I check if this box is a clone?

Any answers Much appreciated thanks

Question Re: Is this a great offer? or not?

OK I found the 05 software and got it working the EPG is all over though so would appreciate someone sending the 06 when you get a chance thanks.
If this was a clone would it be working now, I have only had it on 5 mins so will see if it is still working tomorrow.
What is the difference between the starview 4 and kryptview regarding keyroles, does this need software putting into it more often? also do i need to backup channel order and how?

Thanks
