Is there any difference between the two other than..the FireDTV is an external version?
Both cards are working beautifully with my Windows 7 Pre-Beta 6956 (I know some have had problems with 2 tuners in the beta), but I need space in my Shuttle XPC. Can someone please confirm the external version is the same and doesn't suffer from any other problems, so that I can ebay the cards and get myself 2 x External receivers. Thanks |

Actually - the ONLY difference, as far as I know, is that the FireDTV doesn't come with a header cable, for connecting it direct to a firewire header. Might not be a problem, but worth mentioning.

Thanks again...don;t think it'll matter as I'm not going to connect the Firewire internally....gonna use the rear/external port.
