Default How to update a CT5000hd?

The spec for the Clarke Tech 5000HD Combo Plus states Software & channel database upgrade via RS232 is it possible to do this through the USB port using a memory stick.

Is anyone using one of these?

TIA

I'm not using one, but apparently it is essentially the same piece of kit as the TM6800/6900.

Both of those can be upgraded by the serial port or the USB
