hello all, hope all is good

i recently bought a digital plus box and recently lost all my channels i have the new codes but cant get in to the secret menu page, does anybody know please help.

Menu -> System Settings > System Information > Press Ok.

i seem to have come up stuck i did not know there was different codes for digital plus, i had the ones for starview, any body know were i can get them from please

no its sat box, its called digital plus
