Does add-on domains work as seperate webhosting account or websites for search engines. I mean both domains will be treated as different websites for search engines for indexing, page rank, se rankings etc.

He means that with a hosting account having a parked domain or as a domain if we add subdomains do they count as a part of the main domain or are considered as separate!

I think they are considered separtaley by the search engines but still you can access the website as a sub directory of the main domain!
