Default technomate 3100 rf problem

Hi i'm new to satellite systems and need some help with setting up the rf output.I don,t think the instructions are very clear for a newby.What adjustments do i make to the receiver and what do i do to the television to view all the channels i can access when i switch to scart output.Any help would be most welcome but please keep it simple

You just have to set the RF channel and the RF type.

Set the RF channel to something that doesn't interfere with any other tv channels.

Set rf type to whatever gives sound that works on the TV, PAL I is the UK standard.
