Unlooping problem Win Explorer

Having some problems with win explorer that i cant figure out so considering seting my laptop on fire! But before i do can anyone help:

Everytime i open win-ex i get this box pop up (see attatched:error)
then when i click ok win-ex loads fine.

But then i when I try and run a vcc script for setting the pot (have tried several) i always end up with a script error (see attatched:explorer)

I have installed sc10 with no avail. I am however running vista if that makes a difference.

Any help would be great
