hi i have my friends starview 1 , i think its been flashed with the wrong software . the box turns on and the green lines come on and then says 0 and thats all it will do . when i try to flash it it says flash update fail. its a genuin box is there any fix for this appreceate any help

Try putting old fw back on and then reflashing it with the correct up to date fw with the fix

tried that cant get it to go on standby tried all software just says flash fail . when i turn it on it just says 0
