Have I Bricked my Eurovox Blue 06 box ???

OK heres my problem My Blue 06 box went yesterday ... Dublin N*T*Hell .... I flashed it today using UFL_MAX_Blue_30_11_08 , now the Box has power going but nothings happening on screen ...
TV is not sensing it , when I power on the box - the LED just shows 0001 ... only thing the remote does is power on / off .... no menus etc
I tried flashing the old April 08 firmware back on it , still nothing ..had a look at the caps on the Power Board - they look ok , not signs of burnt out , or popped etc ... I just flashed my mates Eurovox Max V so I know Im doing it right ... ????? Anybody experience their box with power going to it and nothing else ?? ??
forgot to add , each time I flashed the box I get the download sucessful message

connect to tv via coax bro and tune in that waydo a factory reset and u should be ok sounds as if it might be a clone if u is gona get ridoh it pm me

Hi Honcho , what do you mean ... just hook it up to a TV with a coax ? Isn't that what Im already doing ?

ignore that last post .. I just read another post describing what you mean ..so I did that .. and Im getting to the menu screen but its all blurry .. so I can't actually see it clearly enough to do this ...

menu>config>cleardata>clearchannels>factorydefault , once thats done all should be ok and box back on with scart now

OK ... here's what happened ... it might be of help to others who have this problem ...

I hooked the box up to the TV with just the coax , but the screen was blurry and I couldn't make out what I needed to do (remember at this stage my box was flashed with the latest firmware) ... so I reflashed the box with the April 08 firmware and tried to hook it up to the TV via Coax ... PRESTO !! I could see the nagravision screen again ... so I then did :

menu>config>cleardata>clearchannels>factorydefault

I then went into Installation (or was it Channels ..hhmmmmm - anyway) , and put the Symbol rate 6.887 in (N*T*Hell) and did a Power Scan ... left it for 15mins and BINGO !!! had all the menus back , all the channels etc , however they were scrammbled with the "Please Wait , Code Updating ...." message (which I expected cos I was now back were I was when all this started .... A Eurovox Blue 06 box with April 08 Firmware) ... so I plugged in my mates Eurovox Max V box , wrote down the keys from that , hooked my box back up and inserted the new keys ... HAPPY DAYS - IM BACK !!!

So my conclusion is .... I have a Clone Eurovox Blue 06 box that I can't flash with the new firmware released on 30_11_08 , so I will have to insert keys everytime N*T*Hell roll the keys .... pain in the ass I know , but at least I learned something new and know what to do from now on ...

np bro now u have to flash with clone freindly firmware i think its 12-12-08 or somin like that and then u will be able to auto update again kk

Actually man, I just noticed there's a a Blue Clone fix released on the 10th Dec by Sunshine ... is that what Im looking for ?
