EDIT 2: its not just one softjtag file that gives that error, but all of the files are giving the same error

When I use Console Unlocker everytime I get this error

Ive been trying to put it to its original firmware but still nothingness. Can anyone help me?

Check at your inject delays, that should be anywhere between 1 to 6 and keep on tring plus is your comport right?

Could it be due to the fact when I bought it, it was an NTL modem? I bought this one from fleebay
