just flashtested my mate old 4001 as he wants it moding

but it comes back with
Reading IRD
FF 4C FF FD
FF 4C FF FF
FF 4C FF FF
FF 4C 3B FF
FF 4C FF FF
FF 4C 3B FF
FF 4C FF FF
FF FF 3B FF
FF FF 3B FF
FF FF 3B FF

Reading BK
C7
the bk is ok right? and i can get the ird from eng menu?
i have the ird 03 **** **** **
how do i convert this serial code to give me the ird?

decimal to hex calcualtor mate its in downloads and easy to use i can PM to you if you want

so i type the whole code in yea?

well it starts 03 and obviosly i cant start it with 03 without putting a . and making it 0.3
so it would just start 3, is this ok?

typing the code in without the first 0 converts to a 9 digit code

The Ird is normally written inside the box. Just check it.

type all numbers into calc minus first 0 then convert to hex if you get 9 figures come up you have done it wrong and need to start again
