Basically the network centre on vista shows my 2 lan connections, one will say local and internet and the other will say just local. If i click diagnose on the connection that is local only it offers me the change to get new ip setting for it, if i do that then it becomes local and internet and the other one drops its connection to the net and becomes local only.
Does anybody know the cause of this problem and how to get round it, i need both connections to be local and internet? Thanks. |

I'm not sure why this is a problem at all. Surely you only want to be connecting one at a time? My Lan connection will show as disconnected if I'm using the WIFI one, not sure from your post what the issue is tbh.
