Came across this article the other day about Virgin's 50 meg broadband service coming soon at the BBC (BBC NEWS | dot.life | A blog about technology from BBC News | Virgin: some 50 Meg questions) and for those wondering if cable will be coming to your area, or, if you live within a stone throw away from a street that does, but your's don't, then a spokesman for VM said they: "won't be digging up any more roads".
