have had box for over 2 years have always updated with original flashes have just updated box was working fine for about 4 hours now just black screen with 0001 on front display remote only turning box on and off not sure if it is the same as other post about lost picture if it is i apoligise for starting new thread any ideas please help arsenal on sky tommorrow

you need to load the clonesafe firmware on your box

Hi, the same thing has happened to my box, I have the ex5000 pvr, where is the clonesafe firmware? not sure where to look or is there something else I should be doing

the clonesafe firmware is only for the eurovox blue
