JTAG Parallel cable - Male to Female/Male

Can someone tell me which parallel cable i need for this - is it a male to male or male to female?

if you mean extension cable..female to male

its to connect the jtag interface to my PC

you can connect it straight to pc
although i use an extension like this

Looking at the picture - it looks like the male end of that able (the one pointing upwards

) goes into your PC

and it looks like the other bit should fix on the JTAG interface but i don't think it will - it looks it goes in a printer

The only reason i wanna be sure is cuz i want to buy one from fleebay now....
