pace 4000 - not all channels

hi,
i have a pace 4000 box with a funcard 4 in it. i have just reprogrammed the card with the latest update but cant get all the channels. eg. i can get jetix +1 but not jetix, sky premiere and +1 but none of the other movie channels (dont get me started on the sports, itv2,3,4 e4, ch4+1) when i put it on the channels i cant get i get a black screen with 'this channel is not available right now'.

any help appreciated
