hi am new on here, but was wondering if anyone could help me? i have a pace 4000 which i bought from ebay and was already modified it has a fun card 4 in it and has been working fine, but i moved house and when i installed in my new house it does'nt boot up, this is the boot sequence pace, ntl, error 11 , error 12 , error 20. then i get a blank screen with a messge saying channels cannot be displayed. any idea's how to sort this problem out. It has anjum wrote on the card so i'm guessing he was 1 who modified it. Thanks from the newbie

how far away did you move? boot it into eng menu and then check signal levels

i used to live in t/w area but now c/w, i can't get into eng menu.

a tw box will definatly not work in c&w.simply because a c&w will not work in tw and tw is docsis if i am not mistaken where c&w is davic.

i actualy got 2x c&w boxs with the ird and bk already and i am getting rid as i am in tw area (they was bought in error).i do a swap with your tw box but,you will have to come to mine.

i live in bradford by the way.

but,your box will have to be fully working.

your box needs to be set to the hetid for the network where you are,if it wont update itself you will have to change it yourself and it still wont work as its wrong box.

NO! c+w and tw are both docsis! it will work, i have get them working!

PACE ditv1000

PACE ditv2000 - HARD TO GET THE BK IF THE CARD ISNT PAIRED (READ 2 x TSOP48)
PACE di4000N
ANY PACE TELEWEST BOX (as far as I know!)
SAMSUNG 2100
SAMSUNG 2110 - CANT GET THE BK IF THE CARD ISNT PAIRED

c&w is docsis...

are u sure ur feed is live?? i get err 11 and 12 wen i unplug the cable feed...

if u cant get into the engineers menu and u haven't changed ur net id, then its pretty obvious its still set to wrong area...

how come a ntl box with c&w boot screen wont update on tw then?
